At one time, I was also stuck in an office under fluorescent lighting when I wanted to travel more and live in a warmer climate. I liked my job, but wanted more freedom to be able to go abroad. Then I discovered how nice remote working is, taking my laptop with me on trips and being able to do my work remotely. First from employment, later as an entrepreneur. I take you through 8 steps to a remote life with more freedom.

I’m Alieke and have been traveling the world for over 15 years, with groups, alone, with colleagues or friends. With a background in event management, I am a structured planner and prepare my workations to perfection.

    This advice is for anyone who wants to work remotely but doesn’t know where to start or finds it exciting. Maybe you can’t see the forest for the trees, with so much information online. Whether you are employed or an entrepreneur, if you long for more freedom and flexibility in your work, this course is for you.

    Giving you structure, the right guidance and clear steps to build your remote life.

    The program lasts eight weeks, during which you have four online 1-on-1 coaching sessions. In between sessions you will work with online learning materials and homework assignments. Alieke offers support via email and WhatsApp and helps you with her network of employers, workation accommodations and other digital nomads.

    You get a personal online Workbook, in which Alieke puts assignments relevant to you after each session. In it you can also keep all your notes.

    You will learn what opportunities there are for remote work, where & how to score a remote job, what skills you need, how to avoid common pitfalls of digital nomads, how to plan a workation, which destinations are suitable, how to work productively remotely, the importance of online and offline networking and the legal aspects of remote work.

    Depending on the needs of the participants, one or the other topic is discussed in more detail. Therefore, it is always customized.

    After the coaching, you will know exactly what remote working options are available and what suits you best. You know the right skills to work remotely, can enjoy a workplace in the sun with a job that suits you, create a life with more freedom to travel, avoid digital nomad pitfalls and have flexibility in your workplace.

    You will be coached by the founder of Working Remotely, Alieke Ingerman. I am an experienced digital nomad who has been traveling the world and working online from my laptop for eight years. I have worked remotely both in employment and as an entrepreneur and share my experiences and knowledge to help you start working remotely from abroad.

    Yes, you don’t need any experience yet. I tailor the coaching to your situation. If you don’t have any experience working from abroad, I will explain everything to you from the beginning.

    Do you already have experience working remotely? Then I would be happy to help you get to the next level, with a job that can be completely remote or as a full-time digital nomad.

    The investment is €1299 (excluding VAT). If you are salaried, you may be able to use your personal development or training budget, given that you can decide what to spend it on.

    As a freelancer, these costs are business expenses and you can deduct VAT. Have you not yet registered a company with the Chamber of Commerce, but will start one later? Then you can still reclaim the VAT.

    In consultation it is possible to spread the payment over several installments if necessary. Please contact Alieke for this.
