At Rosamar, two adjacent villas together form one complete workation setting for groups of up to 20 people – one minute’s walk from a bay with three crystal-clear beaches.
The villas can also be booked separately. Ideal for remote teams who want to work and connect together, retreat and co-creation groups. There are a total of 10 bedrooms, two pools, multiple terraces and outdoor spaces, a yoga deck, an indoor gym, large living kitchens and communal dining tables.

On the quiet side of the Costa Brava, tucked between mountains and sea, lies WeTreat at Rosamar. Two adjacent villas here form one complete workation setting for groups of up to 20 people. You walk in one minute to three crystal-clear beaches, while working in a green valley overlooking nature. The day begins with coffee on the terrace. You open your laptop at a long table in the morning sun. A call you do in a quiet corner inside. Then a deep work block overlooking the hills. And at the end of the day? A dip in the sea or in one of the two private pools.
Together, the villas offer 10 bedrooms, six bathrooms, two private pools (including a 25-meter pool), multiple terraces, a yoga deck, indoor gym and spacious kitchens with large dining tables. There are long indoor and outdoor tables for collaborative work sessions, poolside lounge areas for informal brainstorming, and plenty of spaces to retreat to for focus. Everything is in one place: sleep, work, eat and relax. That makes for more connection within teams and more depth during an off-site or strategy week.
Rosamar is not a mass tourist resort. Here you will find peace, nature and sea. At the same time you are in 30 minutes at Girona Airport and in about an hour in Barcelona. The Dutch hosts can, if desired, support with catering, private chefs, hikes, sports activities or full coordination of the workation. The location can be booked exclusively for teams, but during scheduled remote work weeks individual entrepreneurs can also join. A place where you can truly find peace in Spain.
